Find a tempo that you can perform the entire exercise at. Your tempo will be based off of what speed you can play the 32nd notes at. If some of the subdivisions give you problems, skip that portion of the exercise and add it in later when you are more comfortable counting that particular subdivision. Accuracy of the subdivisions is the key.
