The company thought these would be the biggest step forward in drumsticks since the invention of the lathe. Two layers of oak laminated over a core of bamboo. A few years ago, my boyfriend had the bad idea of cutting a large piece of bamboo on a table saw (don't do that) it went like an arrow from one end of the workshop to the other.
