    Thanks Steve first song was enter sandman by Metallica ! Great lesson ! Will mess around with this I always have trouble comming up with technical sounding fills and this flam stuff might be the ticket !

    Ha ha had mid life crisis syndrome so went out & bought a Roland electronic kit, i was def over reaching with my first drum along effort…Kings of Leon…Sex on Fire. a month later Just about got the fundamentals down for Highway to hell….not a lover of Rock, but the basic beats are in most of those songs..time to go practise……

    Man I think the first song I played with was Candlebox’s “You”… really primitive though there are a ton of subtle things and fills that i never got until later on. But the groove is pretty solid!
