If it’s about focus the focus should be on you and not the drums in the background ;) Reply Peter Middleton says: October 9, 2016 at 10:06 am Cool, now about the beard… soz, I guess I’m just jealous Reply Stephen says: October 10, 2016 at 10:48 am Lol…it’s been a long time coming Reply Patrick Osetek says: October 9, 2016 at 10:27 am I think it was cleaver to add the distraction of drums in the background. I was continually forced to focus on what Stephen is saying. I listened to the video several times and tried to focus on just Stephen. Each time I did this, it became easier to ignore the drums. Good practice skill. Reply Al says: October 9, 2016 at 5:17 pm I was focused on your advice the drums in the background didn’t impede my listening To what you were saying. Because i was Completely focused on what you were conveying to the listener . If you were paying close attention a bomb or a naked Woman could not deter me. Focus it’s a beautiful thing. Reply Stephen says: October 10, 2016 at 10:51 am Indeed it is. And a rare one these days Reply Edwin Mendez says: October 9, 2016 at 7:38 pm Classic SDS , can’t wait for the lessons!!! Reply Michael Ozowski says: October 10, 2016 at 6:09 pm Is this a different series from The Art of Practice? New group? Or does this add on to TAoP? Reply Stephen says: October 10, 2016 at 9:16 pm This is the free series I did about 6 months ago Reply Michael Ozowski says: October 11, 2016 at 5:04 pm So I’m assuming if we were apart of TAoP all this material is covered there?
