    Great advice but The drums in the background is annoying! If it’s about focus the focus should be on you and not the drums in the background ;)

    I think it was cleaver to add the distraction of drums in the background.
    I was continually forced to focus on what Stephen is saying.
    I listened to the video several times and tried to focus on just Stephen.
    Each time I did this, it became easier to ignore the drums.
    Good practice skill.

    I was focused on your advice the drums in the background didn’t impede my listening
    To what you were saying. Because i was
    Completely focused on what you were conveying to the listener . If you were paying close attention a bomb or a naked
    Woman could not deter me. Focus it’s a beautiful thing.
